This is still for a lvl 5 TH, but with it inside the walls, and a layout more grouped.

- I prefer to have the Town Hall outside, why? well it's useless, its best if you protect the resources. And if you loose the TH, and you loose when you are attacked, it's perfect, you can keep a low trophy count and not get attacked by really strong enemies, just weak ones :D. - Well protected resources inside as you can see - If u look at the walls closely it has a shape of a square, 3 defenses on every side, each one protecting each other - One more thing, you can place the TH where u want around the base, where u feel it should sit(the useless thing) - Almost forgot, you can see the clan castle is protected, it depends if you always have troops in it that jump out and defend your base, but if you feel uncomfortable you can switch it with the cannon that is lower to it, just switch positions.
